Need help, my Daz studio keeps crashing when Rendering in 3Delight [Solved]

When I started with Daz studio pro 4.6 I started doing small renders (not to complex scenery) and Daz was running awesomely. Now I am trying to make scenes with more than three Genesis figures and my Daz studio crashes halfway done with render. I'm trying to use 3Delight for renders. Is my computer not powerful enough to do this kinds of renders? Should I disable hyper-threading? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My computer specs:
Windows 7 32-bit i3 dual core 3.1ghz
8 GB RAM AMD Radeon HD 6850 series

[Problem solve]: I took Scott-Livingston advise and HeraldOfFire, hit the problem right in head. I upgraded to windows 7 64-bit and my computer is running Daz Studios very smoothly and better than before. I finally did a render of the picture below. If you have similar specs as me and having same problems. Just switch to windows 64-bit. Thanks all.

Because you've got a 32-bit OS, you may need to keep your scenes simple to reduce the chance of crashes during render. With the 32-bit version, DAZ Studio can't access all of your computer's RAM. Aside from that, the system specs seem good enough to handle complex scenes.

Thanks for the fast reply. I wanted to add more stuff to this scene, like rock and plants. I will just have to keep my scene simple until I get a better cpu and/or upgrade to 64-bit. I also tried to do the bcdedit /set increaseuserva to 7168. That did not help either. Thanks for info.

If you have a nice 2D art Program (Gimp is free) you could Render in Layers and then blend them all into the finished render you wanted at the start.

To emphasise an earlier point, you really should think about getting a 64-bit OS if you plan on putting more than 4Gb of RAM into your machine. Your PC can't address more than that, meaning that extra is just going to waste at the moment.

Thank you all for your help and great suggestions. I will have to get windows 7 64 bit. I never payed attention to my RAM. I thought I was using all my 8 gig of RAM. But I read a couple of articles in Microsoft website, And they said that the 32-bit can only handle 4gigs of RAM and the 64-bit way more. I thought my crashes were a Daz Studios bug or something i was not doing right. Any administrator can close this. Thanks again everybody.

We do not close Threads that could be useful to other users. You can Edit your First POST in this thread and ADD Solved to the Title. But that is also up to you.
