Poser WMs in DS 4.6?

I was under the impression that Poser weight maps were incompatible with Studio. However, the new Harpy weight-mapped figure that was released over at RDNA says it works with Studio 4.6 or higher. Did 4.6 gain the ability to handle Poser-style weight maps? I thought the single-axis WMs in Studio were still different from the ones in Poser.

Thanks

As far as I know Poser uses separate maps for each axis, or can do, but as far as I know DS won't read them from a CR2 - though I haven't tried recently.

It's a CR2 which means it has to be dragged through our PZ3 importer plugin just to load it, and the plugin can't read Poser WM so all you get is a badly bending load of crap.

Thanks for the confirmation that Poser and Studio WMs are still different systems. I saw that on the Harpy and was pretty sure it couldn't work correctly.

It does work very well in DS4.6 out of the box though it's not weight mapped. The poses look like as they should. The main thing you will need to do change the surface settings.
Yes, I do have the Harpy and have used her in DS4.6. Also if RDNA says it works in DS4.6, then it has been tested.
