I need to make sure I have the correct folders, placed in the correct place for when I save and do up a zip for content for Daz. I tried to Google to find the information but there seems to be some debate on the file/folder system one needs. Does anyone have a link to a tutorial or can tell me what the folder system to properly make and save content?

What are you making - a model (prop or figure), a texture set or something like a pose set?

I will be doing all three. Currently there is an outfit for Dawn, a stand alone character and then there are textures for clothes. At some point there will also be landscapes.

A new items will have folders in \Data (using the names for author and product that you set in the asset save dialogue) and in \Textures (which you presumably know as you placed them there - assuming you did put the textured there before applying them). A morph for an existing figure will have \Data folder files, in the folder for the figure in a sub-folder of the morphs folder using the names you set in the options dialogue. Texture sets will not use the Data folder, but will use the Runtime folder. A pose set will use only the folder you save to.

I strongly advise using an empty folder for content creation, saving your textures to that before applying them, and making sure it's listed as the base directory when saving assets - that way you should need only to add a readme and zip the whole folder up.
