"Anubis Hound for Daz Dog 8" is a great new character for Daz Dog 8. Based on the Egyptian dog of the same name. It comes with 3 character presets Male, Female and Pup so you get the whole family. It has  conforming fiber mesh hair. With beautiful 8K texture sets and 10 different material presets plus 3 mouth, 8 eyes, 11 hair and 4 nail presets. There’s 10 free poses presets with it, plus matching Pup poses. I’ve put 5 wearable presets for the hair so it’s drop and drag! you’ll have a ton of fun with this one. Great for Egyptian scenes and even create your own sci-fi dog. Please note this is an Iray only product, however I had an example render of a conversion using Riversoft Art’s “Iray to 3Delight” script.

Hmm, something about that stripey critter and his friend look very familiar ...

That film was a train-wreck, but it looked gorgeous, especially in the early parts.

But a fun train wreck if you could accept the plot-driving stupidity. And this dog is perfect.

I actually love this movie lol.  But I'm a huge fan of B rated horror movies.  Like Octoshark and Zombie Shark.  Or, the Lake Placid movies.  I tend to spend most of the movies laughing my butt off.

I like more kick ass movies, not into the deep stuff, so I loved it !

Ya I preffer action and fantasy, not much of a fan of romance or even a lot of comedy.  If it has great fight scenes, or great special effects, or, in the case of said B Movies, lots of screaming, with incredible bad acting I'm in lol.

I actually like all the live-action films in the "Riddick" series ("Pitch Black", "Chronicles of Riddick", "Riddick"). I think "Pitch Black" may be the best of them in terms of scenario and characterization, and its use of lighting contrasts was superb; it's an immersive experience. I felt my interest in Riddick as a character waning slightly when he turned from 'relatable psychopath' to 'yet another Chosen One' in the second movie. But the second movie had all that gorgeously insane Adolfo Wildt-inspired imagery going for it, and good dialogue, and stellar performances from Karl Urban and Thandie Newton as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth, I'm sorry, Vaako and Dame Vaako.

"Riddick" won me over less. Once again, the look and feel is stunning, and it has cute deadly dog creatures. But it felt less inventive than the others, and I can't forgive the director for criminally-underusing/misusing Katee Sackhoff, who's an excellent actress. Everything to do with the way the movie and the characters in it treated her just felt sleazy and gratuitous.

I will go and see any live-action movie with Vin Diesel as Riddick in it (I've seen the animated 'Dark Fury' once, and don't need to do that again). But they're always such a mixed bag: some things that are insanely brilliant, others that are ... not.

This completes our capsule movie review: we now return you to your regularly-scheduled Anubis doggy adoration session.

The Anubis dog with the bear dog fur and a black mane makes a decent African Wild Dog.

Big Heart! Love!  I love Anubis!  I wonder when the Cat 8 comes out, will you try to do a Bast Cat?
