Uh oh- Are Signature Images Broken Again?

I removed my image, said image removed.
I loaded the new one (as I do product reviews, I change the image to show the lastest product we are discussing)
It said it loaded.
It didn't. And the first one didn't get removed either!
Did it four times. Always says the first one is gone, it's not. Always says second one is loaded, it's not.

Uh oh.

What should your proper image say? The one I'm seeing is "Willow Spring" review.
