Ok I’ve managed to use the recent email to get to an advertised items and from there to the forums. I did a quick look around to see info an this “scheduled maintenance” and couldnt find anything or even any postings about it at least current there is one for a maintenance back in February. So I’ll ask this here and now...

Is the store still in “DAZ 3D is down for scheduled maintenance from 11:00PM MST to about 12:00AM MST.
Please check back soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.” mode?

This is gone beyond pissing me off now since it just happened when I had items in my shopping cart and during checkout, one of them a now expired fast grab item late last night. Its been giving me that message since just about 1am central time.

No. Maintenance mode has been off for about 5 hours now.

Then why am I still getting that message blocking me from accessing the store at all, either directly from a site link or even through the recent email add?

Try a hard refresh on the pages that are affected, after clearing your browser cache to get rid of any cached versions of the pages.

I don't really have a clue on how to do any of that so I ended up just doing a system restart of my computer and that worked.
Can I expect this to happen every time this site has a maintenance thing now?

So much for getting two items in my cart now...

Hard refresh is ctrl+F5 on most Windows browsers, or ctrl+r. It forces the page to reload, even if the date stamps on the files don't seem to require it.

Depending on the items in your cart and the circumstances behind missing the sale, CS may still grant you the sale price for the items. If you are still interested in the two products in your cart it wouldn't hurt to file a sales ticket in Zendesk: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new
