Shoes anyone?

I am still working hard to make my movie. I have recently had to restore my computer to factory date and I have had to remake everything >.<. But in a way it is a good thing because I need to make shoes. Daz did come with some good products but I would like to have my movie clips be as original as I can possibly get them. so any ideas as which program I find or use for free to make my own shoes? I dont have much in the way of money and I dont plan on selling these movies, they are just a hobby and something to do in my spare time (I have a lot of it since im disabled >.<). Any advice will be greatly apreciated, thanks a bunch! ^.^</p>

    Blender is a nice Modeling tool for free. BIG learning curve but free.
