Let me blow my own trumpet - again.... I am honoured to be in another show in a major regional art gallery with my carrara work.

You can see the work here on page 6 -------------- 120 by 90 cm roughly

https://issuu.com/robynwerkhoven/docs/arts_zine_july_2018

blurbs on some of the artists start on page 14 with an artists named George Gittoes. It's a superb crew. I'm lucky to be hung with them.

You can read about Mr Gittoes here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Gittoes

Donald Keys here http://www.donaldkeys.com.au/

etc.

Thanks for looking.Nice to see Carrara getting out there

    Congratulations.  You are inspiring.

And, great job in tricking me into exploring more about art!  I'm on an internet keyword search binge from all the stuff in that publication.  Many interesting topics are raised that I want to know more about.  Very cool.

wow thank you so much for your kind comments MollytabbyVyusur , UnifiedBrain Diomede  frank0314  Mistara TangoAlpha  Chohole  Selina th3Digit

Very encouraging to have such a warm response!!!

And very encouraging to see digital work being accepted main stream and hung alongside well know painters!

Here's one more chap in the show - a friend of mine. He paints forest fires from his imagination, he painted the rhino in enamel using old thongs and rubber to drag the paint.

The fourth pic along (a painting -he is standing before it) he won $50,000 with..............

    Peter Gardiner

Where I live it takes artists longer to starve than most cities sin the world.... so we have plenty of them!

Ha ha yes, it was an enamel paining (?) out of Peter's head = classic. Of a woman in a forest en flagrant délit - but by herself - if a solo en flagrant délit isn't an oxymoron

Andrew, how did you get a copy of my selfes?  wink

Tremendous work.  Wish I could see some of these galleries for myself, but very grateful that I live in an era where I can virtually see things on the other side of the world.
