when i went to sleep had 33 items in my w/l, now there's only 25.
i had the luminous beach hair textures, sensual hair, trog brute, can't remember the rest. an item i removed is back in my list
aww mann, just added a few items back and now my w/l down to 24.
i feel like Scratt trying to gather his acorns.

Yea, weird things are going on in the store. I ordered some items a couple of days ago, now that I logged in today I saw they were still in the cart.
At first I thought I'd forgotten to buy them, but I can see I did get an email receipt, and my credit cart has also been charged. The order does not appear in my account though, and I can't see the items in the Product Library.

Not that I know of, although I admit I have not filed many support tickets.

This happened to me as well Sunday night when I was looking for information on a product I had bought. My product library is only showing the orders I had purchased last week. I sent in a support ticket. Hoping this can get resolved and its a simple fix.

To recap, it's only showing my purchases for the past week, nothing else. And I know I had bought a product and put it in my cart and I didnt get a warning that I had bought it already. Just in case that helps too.
We have traced the issue and are in the processes of resolving it. Due to a data replication issue, some orders are not showing at the moment. Absolutely no data was lost. Any data that appears to be missing (lost orders, wishlist etc.) is now in the process of being replicated into place. Any missing information should be available by end of day today. Any orders placed from this point forward should not have any issues.

OK, seem to be fixed now...
There is a delay in processing some orders placed between 4:10 AM and 9:15 AM MST (Daz time). We're sending out emails for those affected customers and are working quickly to finish pulling those over and have them processed. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
