Exporting FBX from daz Studio, and importing it in Cinema 4D, FBX format not correct ?

Hi, I am using daz Studio a lot, since it gives me access to the huge daz 3D Store. The way I do it is to purchase itens in the daz Store, open them in daz Studio, export as FBX and import into Cinema 4D.
There is a caveat though. I think the FBX exporter is not doing it correct.
I purchased the Urban Sprawl city environment from Stonemason (a GREAT product), opened it in Studio, exported it as FBX, and when opening it in C4D, some buildings were hovering above the ground level. This applies to other facilities in the city too.

Then, when just exporting a Genesis female directly from Studio to FBX, and opening it in C4D, the transparency and alpha channels are wrong. As far as I have understood, it gets wrong in Maya too, and Maya definitely knows what the FBX format is about.

Is there any chance that we will get a new improved FBX exporter in Studio?
Or - can it possibly be that someone has a quick fix for this: Studio -> FBX -> C4D
