Find the MAT question HELP!

I was working to make some shorts and t-shirts camouflage. I came across a texture that I can't find the item for.

It has a pose file, or a MAT file if you please, called MAT G I Camo.

So here I am, looking for a shirt or shorts that I have the MAT for...and I can't locate the CR2.

It could be for Aiko or the Girl. My list date for it says 2009. If you are like me, you don't delete anything easily.

Could you check please and let me know what MAT GI Camo goes to?

    Is the MAT in a folder with the author name by chance?

    Nope. It simple says MAT G I CAMO.

    To make matters even stranger, when I researched the texture the MAT was drawing on, it said (of course) MAT G I CAMO

    All I know is that goes to a pair of shorts and a tank top. It looks like I was on a late night downloading binge of free stuff from Rendo, ShareCG when I downloaded it and the search engine for both latter and former have yielded no results.

    Thanks for the bump and the interest. Perhaps those that enjoy solving a mystery will be able to help out.

    I'm wondering if it goes to a discontinued DAZ product? I really don't know!

    Only other thing I can think of, if it's clothing, chances are it's going to be under Poser Format > Library > Figures and could be called G I Camo?

    One of the things I did long ago was to organize thusly

    Characters
    Clothings
    Clothing Textures...
    Mats
    and more...

    This was in my clothing textures folder.

    Here is what I see...

    I hope this helps. I thought perhaps it was an expansion for the DPC Colony Nyji clothing for A3. But I have no cap for A3 Listed in my props nor shorts for A3. A lot of skirts but no shorts!

    BINGO!

    It's for GI Girl. Selling for $9.93 here at DAZ. I must've gotten it before I understood that textures were not any old thing you wished and you needed to have the item for which the MAT was designed. I was such a newbie and it took me a while to figure it out. Heck, the textures for this outfit must've been retired or were available elsewhere cuz I can't find them now.

    Lovely. I really just wanted to get a pair of camo shorts and tank for Aiko 3 and thought I had this for her.

    Mystery solved. Thank you very much for your help. I can probably accomplish my goal by getting the camper shorts for v4 and the unimesh add-on for about 4 bucks.

    Haha glad you got it sorted! That's what I thought of when I looked at that image, and the boob size in that tank top thumbnail (that is one busty character, I'll say that). o_O

    Haha. I'm more of an Aiko fan myself. I've seen Girl morphs that are cute, but I'm not really fond of her in her default form.

    I totally Agree! I love that Aiko...the Girl was fun but really needed some like friends, like the Guy!

    One must have balance!
