You must be getting more than that, as you posted this query

They are usually short lived, and often just using the back button and trying again cures it.

If not as Frank says clearing cache, or if that fails, a hard refresh.

    Well, that wasn't very helpful.

Clearing the cache worked for now--that's a workaround, but when will the PROBLEM be fixed? Should I submit a ticket?

Thats actually a bug with the forum software. It is generating a 500 series error because the cookie which is stored on your system for the forums is making it puke itself. Super annoying and one of the many reasons we're moving to new forum software this year (which will resolve a lot of problems with the forums).

If you (as cookie cutter of a response as it sounds like whenever tech support tells you "reboot your computer first") delete your cookies for the daz3d.com site, or click logout and log back in (which will write new cookies) it should stop erring out.

Ok, thanks. THAT was helpful. No offense, Chohole, I was just a little irritated and you came across as rather sarcastic. :)

Thought I'd ask here since we're talking about forum issues...

I haven't been able to access the members forum for a few days. Cleared my cache, cookies, etc. Is it down or is it my problem? It's just doing that thing where it takes me to my account page instead. Thank you!

Submit a help ticket. You're not even showing as a PC member in your user info. Did you get a store refund recently? That's been triggering it, unless they've fixed that and something else is doing it.

Contact Support, you're not currently showing as a PC Member for the forums. Are you seeing PC prices?

Weird. I'll do just that. Thank you!

FYI: For any member who suddenly can not reach the Plat Club please check your Profile. If you are not showing as a PC member a support ticket should be sent. Please spread this info as needed. Or until the error is corrected in the forums. Thank you.

I use Google Chrome on my laptop PC, and I get the error whenever I try to surf the forums beyond one thread when I'm not logged in. If I'm not logged in the system will let me check one thread, but if I try to check another thread, I'll get that error. I can surf the store as long as I want and not be logged in, it only happens when I try to come to the forums. I normally don't log in because I haven't been able to buy regularly at the store, and most of the time, I don't have enough of a comment to make about anything to leave a comment on a thread, except when I think my two cents will help (kind of like now, LOL).
