Contributing artists vs others licensing question

Question - I understand the terms of Daz3D license apply to what they call Daz3D originals. My understanding is that a Daz3D original is anything that has that little squiggly triangle icon on it and has Daz3D as the primary vendor, even if there are other artists specified. For example I purchased some models that say Daz3D, Jack Tomalin or Daz3D, Moyra. Those still fall under general Daz3D license, correct ?

Second - there is also some good content out there that doesn't have Daz3D originals stamp on it, so I assume that it doesn't fall under Daz3D license. How do I find out what the license for this is ? I looked at some from, for example Forge Studios, but when i click on the link it just brings me their products. Where do I see their license or contact info where I can ask about it ?

If a product lists DAZ3D as part of the vendor list it is a DAZ Original. Those that simply list one or more individuals or other names are Published Artist products.

DAZ holds the copyrights on DAZ Originals except for certain items in the Platinum Club. PA's hold the copyright to their products and can remove an item from their catalog or pull their entire store from DAZ should they so chose.

If you wish to contact a PA, PM them. Right now, I don't believe the forum email is working yet.

All content from the DAZ 3D store is covered by the EULA here http://www.daz3d.com/eula . It's only when it comes to games (or other embedded 3D data) use that different licenses are available, or not available as the case may be.

Even if the product is not a daz original being for sale in the store daz, you are licensed under the renders (2d images, animations 2d).
the amount you paid for the purchased product, is the price of the license your rights renders 2d.
see that the price paid ... You are not buying the product, but only paying for the rights to use it in order to render (2d only)
