This is AMAZING and you can’t really tell what you get by the promo. I’ve been waiting on it ever since I did a product review in my art studio on it- and I’m so excited, and buying it because now it’s 50% off. Yippeee! Thought I’d point it out as it has NOT been on sale.

I'm sharing because you may not check this out based on the MAIN promo in the gallery. So I've included the link to the product page- Click on those thumbnais and smile at what you get for $12.48 (50% off today) You can do SO many different scenes!

I agree, it is amazing, I bought it when it was released and it is a real super prop!

The PA had a contest back then, "plant flowers in the priory', here is my entry I did for that one ;-)
Added another with it in the background too.

That is beautiful! If you didn't win, there must have been some awesome entries! Did you?

I think I scored second or third so I did "win a prize" (my first contest win too). I did a lot of happy dancing that day ;-)

I was going to make a bad pun about 'does it come with all the sad, raddled z-list celebs with a coke or booze problem' ... but that may have been in bad taste ;)
I think I may need to check-in as I seem to eb addicted to purchasing stuff .... like this model! :)

Had to make a new one in Vue because I've almost forgot how good this one is.

I am not sure if I should thank you for curse you Novica. ;-P

I am really happy to get a great set ( which I would have definitely overlooked ) but my credit card / bank account is not so happy.

Oh well. You only live once. :cheese:

Wound up getting it because of this thread :-P

I justified it because I do Les Misrables-themed renders and this fits right in :P

If you have time to put some lights , you can also have nice renders. The followings are examples I made during the texturing, just playing a bit. There is also a tunnel under the place in this item and some other textures very interresting...

If I might offer a piece of advice for promos next time Mr 3djoji sir <(^_^)... do a plan view (top-down orthogonal) shot as well, showing the layout of everything that is provided. I think I skipped the Priory when it first came out because I got the impression from the promos that it was only the church building in the product (mea culpa, I know... (,_,)>).

you are right, I have always difficulties to know exactly what to show to be complete. I will remember your advice next time, it helps , thank you

It's a great set, I haven't had time to play with it yet, but I like it a lot :)

Add me to the "now I see what's actually in it... " crowd. Is this only for sale today (Monday 13th), then? I'm cutting back a lot on 3D spending at the moment, but for a whole-environment scenery set this good, I'll splurge a bit.

I love this set. I remember entering a render comp for it. Think we had to make a garden or something.

I love to buy places and environments and I've never seen this one so if it wasn't for this thread I probably still wouldn't have known about it.

Wish listed for now....hopefully sale will last until Friday?

    Greetings,
It's a Birthday Sale, so it's really today only. Somehow I completely missed this set.

I just want to say it was an honor to feature this set in a product review :) Did it weeks ago and reminded everyone on my art studio thread (in signature) when I saw the sale. Anyway, I think the main concept I would suggest would be if you have a water feature, show it with the building. There are a lot of buildings, but getting buildings and water is a plus. As I said on the thread, I showed your main image (the building) and said, "Would this make you grab a boat?" Then I showed the rest of it. The response was exactly as on this thread- aka, "Wow, didn't know that came with all THAT!"

And LOVE your work. I just got Toon Racer, Toon Auto 44, The Road Sentry, already have the boat and recommended Gribeauval12 as the textures are amazing.

I would like to see you expand the beach products- I live in Pensacola and a fishing pier and more beach things would be great to go with your existing stuff :) A toon lifeguard jeep would be good- we have the real thing cruising up and down the beach often. Also, a sign with the different warnings (aka red flag means stay out of the water, etc) and the three flags. (red, yellow, green.) PM me if you ever want a sounding board :) I don't know if you live near a beach?

As for everyone else- very happy for you :) Glad you saw the post and bothered to read it, and it was my pleasure. If I've got to go broke, I want to share the experience, lol! (and not saying this was overpriced by a longshot! I did a lot of shopping.)
