Ideal Beauty for Genesis 2 where are the dials?

I purchased Ideal beauty today, no readme and not enough info for me. I found the product under genesis/shapes but do not see the dials and when I click on the image files for the dials I get an error loading the file. Please help, thanks.

    A Link to the Product would help. Just a name pulls up to many hits in search for me to know which item you are having a issue with.

    "After applying 'IB Advanced' option need to deselect figure and select it again to show advanced dials." (Product documentation)

    And Genesis figure must be selected, when you apply this.
