All my downloads have vanished from my account

I haven't logged in for a few months, and now all of a sudden, I no longer have access to my downloads.

What happened? Did they get taken away? Why was I not informed?

    They changed the MY Account page they should still be there. They are under Product Library

    No, they're not. That page is completely empty. There are no products listed, and if I put something in the search box, nothing happens because it has nothing to search through.

    You'll have to submit a support ticket so they can look into it

    I just checked your account and your entire purchase history is visible from the back end, so we do have a record of everything you've purchased. If you'd like PM me the email address you are using to login. Also send me a screen shot of your product library.
