Shader baker troubles,.. getting a loooot of erros. please help!

I am trying to use the shader baker on the supersuit and I am getting this error, what does it mean??

FYI the box where i need to save the image path is greyed out,.. its not letting me save it anywhere. the triangle at the end of the box is greyed out also.
