you can tour the Warner bros set on Google streetview
(and I just discovered it works on my android too)
there are a few crappy sketchup models
it should not be too hard to kitbash though.

Like Chohole said, some of Faveral's stuff might help you. Some of what you have in the pic looks slightly medieval in style but I've not found anything so far that looks similar.
