Change morph range from -3000 +3000 to -100 +100

I am trying to export a head morph from a Daz character into iclone.
The problem is that iclone only accepts morphs in the range -100 to +100. When I import the eyes up / down morph into iclone it will only let me go from -100 to +100 despite the morph ranging from -3000 to +3000. Therefore I dont' get much of a change.
I would like to remap the eyes up/down morph range from 3000 +3000 to -100 +100 maintaining the same influence.
I could export the character morph set at full as an .obj and re-import it using morph loader pro however that seems like a complicated way of doing it.

Ok, so I have gone into the properties editor,
1. created a new property of type float, in morphs as an empty morph.
2. given it an internal name of "mynewEyes-Up-Down".
3. located the new morph in the Hierarchy.
4. Dragged the "CtrlEyesUp-Down" original morph into the sub-component of the new "mynewEyes-Up-Down".
5. Changed the Scalar slider to 30.00
Now when I operate mynewEyes-Up-Down morph from -100 to +100 it automatically moves the original Eyes-Up-Down from -3000 to +3000.
My next question is how to I save my new morph ?
Is this Genesis (or another weigh-mapped figure)? If so, use Property Editor to make sure the link iss set to save with the controller (your property) and not the eye rotations, then File>Save as>Support Asset>Morph Asset. The author and product names will determine the folder names in the figure's morphs folder for the files.
No not Genesis, V4.
Then you can either save a CR2 (which will embed all morphs, and can't be shared with others of course) or you can use the ExP exporter to make a standard morph expansion that can be added to any V4 character newly loaded from the library, and can be shared with others.
The tutorials for the Exp Exporter are really hard to follow and don't seem to get to the last step. I used the Exp Exporter to create some .pz2 files and INJ.pz2 files to attempt to inject my newly created morph however when I double click to load these inject files the morph doesn't appear in my freshly loaded V4.
Is there a clear tutorial on how to save morphs for V4 anywhere ?
Did you select the ERC links as well as the parameters in the ExP Exporter? What other settings did you use?
