Title says all, such an ornament would be an instant buy for me. I've been banging my head trying to work with alternatives and tweaks, that concept seems to be the best possible way.

I'd love a lei. Are there any at all? Haven't seen one.

The only slightly similar things so far are feather boas that can be somehow tweaked. Still doesn't really look like plumeria lei's that much in the end, especially up close.
