Carrara Crashes

Greetings all, recently updated to 8.1.1 build 12 Pro, was working fine then I updated Mac OS to 10.8.4. Now I'am having crashes that are totally random, importing obj's, test rendering, then I'll shut the computer down restart & it will work fine. I will keep a log of all the incidents from now on, but has this happened to anyone else?:roll:

    Sorry Chris,

    Although some people have reported to get Carrara 8.1 to work in Lion and Mountain Lion most of us experience the same crashes that you have. DAZ has fixed OSX bugs and the new version of Carrara (8.5) is being released on Monday.

    Thanks Brian, I hope it will be an improvement over 8.1
