When do you get the Carrara 8 previous owner discount?

I've seen that the store can be a bit unpredictable about adding extra discounts as you go through the checkout process. I bought Carrara 8 Pro some time ago and I have tried buying 8.5 Pro. It shows as $171 in the My Cart dropdown box, and when I click the button to go to the cart it still stays at $171. I have checked my e-mail and they haven't sent me a coupon code. I am reluctant proceed to the checkout in case I end up buying it at full price.

Either I am not going far enough through the store to see the discount or there is something wrong with my account. Can someone who did get the previous owner discount tell me at what stage of the checkout process they saw the discount?

You will notice this has been remarked on in several threads so far. THe problem has been flagged up to DAZ 3D and we are waiting for the Office to open, so that someone can deal with it.
