What happened to the Members Only area?

It disappeared days ago. I was told it was a blip and that it would be back up in an hour. That was last week! Any updates?

You aren't showing as a member, you need to put in a support ticket, its an on going glitch in the system; you may have to wait awhile customer support seems to be very behind at the moment. I've been waiting 4 days for a refund.
Strangely enough, it seemed to happen right after they issued me a Store Credit. Maybe they broke my account.
Unfortunately it does sometimes happen that when you receive a refund it breaks something in the PC membership. THey are aware and trying to sort this bug out. In the meantime yoou need to file a support ticket, and we will also flag it up.
it does occasionally happen when you are credited money. Just contact support and they'll get it fixed for you.

Just file a ticket. That happened to me and I thought the same thing you did.
I assumed they were having problems. Turns out it was my account.
They got me up and running again the next day, but with all the issues going on now, give it two days.

And it had to happen just as the new Carrara hit the store.
Thats 55 dollar difference.
But in my account it says that I'm a active member.
I have put in a support ticket on this, but with all the problems they created when launching the new Carrara, I guess it will take a while....
Does the intervention of an admin speed up the service because if it does it seems a bit unfair and puts people like me who have been waiting 4 days for a refund even further back in the line.

No, tickets are answered in the order they receive.

I took out a ticket.
It's weird too, any link I click on in my "View Subscriptions" view also just forwards me to a "We are sorry, but the page you are looking for cannot be found." error page.
UPDATE: I'm not crazy, but it works now. DAZ_Jared pinged one of the database guys to have a look. They came back saying everything was good on their end. Maybe just checking on stuff fixed it. Who knows? Computers are tricksy.
I reset my browser nightly (since I'm on my work PC) and it hasn't been there since last Fri. I reset it twice this morning even before I posted anything about it. I just reset it one more time and now the Members Only area is back!
Sure you're logged in to the forum? You may be logged out from the forum even if you're logged in to the store, so the Members forum is invisible.

I was logged in to the store however, and it also said that my PS membership was active. Then I discovered that forum said I was not logged in despite I was in the store. I then logged out from the store and logged in again which also logged me in to the forum, and the Members forum was visible again.

You've never worked for Microsoft, I guess...
I've had it happens 2 or 3 times. They are usually quick to I'd it though along as it I not the weekend.
They are very behind at the moment tickets are taking up to a week or more to be sorted.
