It's mainly the gorjer who feel that Romani are upset by the term gypsy.  Although it is not an accurate term it has been in use for so long that it is accepted by them.  Many would rather be called Gypsy than traveller,  because traveller was originally associated with the Irish travellers and there was often bad feelings among the two groups in the UK. Now it is even worse because true Roma and Irish gypsies do not like the "New Age" travellers.  Nor were they happy about the number of Romanians of non Roma descent (who were entering the UK illegally before Romania became a member of the EU.)   who were begging on London streets and calling themselves Romany.

No, I always enjoy your posts.  I just had a live action video friend ask about getting into animation.  He knew about my Carrara animations. And I did suggest it as a great 3D animation bargain.  But I suggested Smith-Micros "Moho" as a 2D starting point (a 30 day free trial).  He thinks he'll try it.

Ha ha hahahahahah :) I havent been cursed for hours :) I have a constant stream of mugs coming in I use for presents - so my relatives can no longer move into their kitchens because of the mug plague I have brought upon them :) The Red Bubble Mugs are good - I used to have stuff made in china but it wasnt dishwasher safe.

I see people have changed their usernames... I had mine changed by admin ages ago as in the old forum they used your account name email prefix when I signed up and I didn't want that out there.  And I did have SileneUK in the account profile, so they changed it for me. Then in the new forum I see all these weird long ones and somehow people have changed or gotten them change.  But I do not see any place to change it on my own in the edit profile section.

Not a biggie, just wondering how you did it?

my arthritic knee is playing up so in a dream my brain made me work at my job wrapping sausage rolls  for a modeling exercise in Carrara believe it or not! deliberately clicking it aggravating the injuries.
