If a Morph injection system(Smoothing) suddenly stops Injecting, are the files corrupt?

WEll i have done tons and tons of characters and I injected those morphs.

but then today suddenly i inject, but then i look in the character and it has no Injection section and the morphs were not injected no matter hw many time i try.

I tried another morph injection from another package and that immediately injects itself and appears in the Injection list.

So what's going on?

    PS I have DAZ 4.6 pro for mac.

    And i'm noticing the morphs do appear if i select individual parts, thre is even a INJECTION section.

    but that INJECTION section is not appearing in the whole body(by selecting V4) . before today it was always appearing in body too.
    Is this possibly a DAZ studio bug?

    or the bug is in the morph set files?

    Here are some image to show you.

    The injection does appear in the BODY PART list

    but not in the BODY(V4). Up to now it was always appearing in the BODY as well under an INJECTIONS listing.
