Content Lib Database ?

Here is the situation.

I used the Install Manager last year and basically re-installed all my content to an external drive.
My content manager database was on my computer.
My computer crashed
I still have everything installed on my external drive but since my DB is gone nothing is showing in Smart Content

Is there a way to rebuild the database without downloading and installing everything through the installation manager.

    Content Library Tab> Mini menu (four lines)> Content DB Management> Re-Import Metadata
    That should set you right up.
