missing smart content panel

I'm a bit stuck, I don't have the smart content panel, can anyone help?

    How are you installing your products? Through DIM or manually? If doing it manually then re import your meta data

    You get back your Smart Content tab by selecting Menu item: Windows>Panes (Tabs)>Smart Content
