That's what I'm wonder, I want to use Genesis with Mimic pro...and it won't, because it's not a CR2 file

No, it doesn't I'm afraid. You could use it with the LipSync plugin in the 32 bit version of DS. You could also export as a CR2 from DS, but I'm not sure how well that would work.
If I use the Lip Sync, is there a way to make use of that in a game?
The only way you can use Genesis in a game that is for distribution in any form is if you purchase the Game developers license
.....I wasn't asking about the license, now was I? I know about the damn game developer license
I asked about is there a way to use the lip sync mouth movements in a game
Please try to be civil when responding.
Yes, LipSync is like Mimic (is in fact a light version of Mimic as a plugin) - it just applies an animated pose to the character.
But can is be exported into game engines?
As long as you can export morphs and poses, yes - it's not a process I am familiar with, but there's nothing unusual about the animation produced with Mimic or LipSync as far as the export process is concerned.
As it's an animated pose, it can be exported as a BVH file which can then be imported into most game engines. Failing that, there are plenty of good BVH import routines kicking around which you can pillage, or write one yourself.
Too bad these lip sync programs don't seem to work with Genesis. The one with Daz doesn't seem to support the Genesis...nor does Mimic Lite 3.1, or Mimic Pro...and Mimic Live isn't what I want to use (since you can't use per-recorded with it)
Why hasn't Daz updated these programs to work with Genesis?
Never mind, I found the Genesis config file
But still...it seems like they should at least update their programs to work with their current models

You can generate a cr2 for Genesis using the cr2 exporter function in DS. Prior to the DSON importer, it was the only way to get Genesis into Poser.
There was at least one thread in the old forums on how to generate a cr2 however, you might want to consider Cliff's tutorial

Which program does the mouth movement better?
Like, in Mimic Live, you can change how detailed the mouth movement can be?
All versions of Mimic, as far as I know, use the morphs in the figure - they are tools to set up an animated sequence of those morphs, not tools for directly modifying the mesh.
