Expression Sliders for V4?

Is there a way of creating Sliders for V4 Expressions? Usually expressions are best if they are subtle and not cranked up to 100%, but with V4 it seems we can only get the whole expression or nothing.

For example, I have the Real Emotions For Victoria 4 pack. When I click on the Amused1 icon I get a slightly cartoonish smirk which I would like to tone down a little. When I look at the morph sliders I see that the expression consists of over 30 base morphs (albeit there is some multiplication due to symmetry options). Is there a way of consolidating these into one slider as with Genesis, or is this a totally lost cause?
