Walks and Moves are Completely Shaky and Jolty, how do i fix this?

I"m using the Forward walk from the walking construction system for Animate2, and it's just all shaky and jolts too..

I dont know how to make it smooth. What exactly do i ahve to do? What are my options?

    is that in preview or rendered?
    preview is limited by your graphics

    It's in everything. Rendered. and also when i export the animation to things like Unity. Very shaky and then suddenly jolts.
