Where to hire someone to create a prop for a Genesis character?

Hi I am looking to hire someone to create an exclusive 3d model/prop of the winged hat of the 2d character linked below, which will fit my morphed Genesis character. I am quite new to Daz Studio so hope this is the right place to ask.

Any assistance on where or how to commission such a project is greatly appreciated!

Also, upon the successful creation of this prop I will be looking for more assistance in modeling other props/clothing in the style of this 2d picture.

I hope you understand the money you'd likely be shelling out, especially for something exclusive that the creator cannot sell or give out to anybody else. You're looking at in the thousand+ range if not a few thousand.

Also, if that's not your own design but something from a game or film anyone creating it for you would be on very shaky ground legally. In that case your best hope is someone else who likes the original making a freebie for fan-art purposes.
