problem with V6 / genesis female morphs are missing??? pls help

i have purchased the figure V6

when want to load the norma "sub character" daz tells that some things are missing...

i don´t know how to fix this...

where can i start to fix the problem

i think female figure morphs are quite important ;O)

pls help

(i am quite a beginner... so i don´t understand where to start)
