I'm using aniMate2 in Studio3 and all I want to do is to created a customized "Walk in Place" aniBlock

There is one for the Genesis "Lycan" character but I want to use Michael4 in Studio3 I do not have ANY genesis characters installed on my Studio3 computer. I keep my Studio4 and Studio3 work completely separate on different computers. Yeah, I know the Genesis "Walk In Place" would probably be a workaround, but I don't want a workaround, I want to know how to customize my own aniBlock in Studio3

I've started to grasp the aniMate2 utility but I'm really new at this.

My approach currently is to use the "Walk" aniBlock and try to add a sub-track to negate the "z" axis movement so that he doesn't move forward. I've had some moderate success but it's very clumsy. Is there an easier way?

Is there a tutorial on how to modify an existing aniBlock?

How do the "Base" and "Lvl1, Lvl2, etc.) and "Part" v. "All" options fit into this scheme?

Very confused. Help. :-(

You should have the PDF in your Read me section of content. But this is what I would do. Open the Aniblock for hand editing Go to Key Frame mode open the Graph Editor Lasso select all the Poz Z key frames and set to zero. Now Save as new AniBlock.
