Downloaded content for Michael 5, now Michael 5 cannot be imported

Hi- I just purchased Carrara Pro 8.5. I created an empty scene and added Michael 5 to it. I went to the website and purchased the 'Royal Guardsmen for Michael 5'. I went back into Carrara Pro 8.5 and saw the content I just bought.

Just to experiment I removed Michael 5 from the scene and tried to add him back in. Now Carrara says it can't find the files. It asked for M5PhillpEyes01.jpg.

I found the file under c:\users\public\public documents\My Daz3d Runtime Library\Runtime\Textures\Daz\Characters\MilMan\M5.
But when I point the browser to I just get a message saying 'Carrara was unable to import Michael 5.cr2'

I tried to add Michael 5 Hero and I have the same problem.

I've had DAZ Studio 4.6 (64 bit) for a few weeks. I'm running Windows 8.

Other content seems to load fine.

You should not be loading from the .cr2. but from the .duf
