Modern and high-quality tactical uniform for SWAT / soldiers

Hi --
Looking for artists / designers who could pull this off. Looking for a high-quality uniform and tactical gear for a modern SWAT officer / soldier. I'm attaching pictures as examples from the TV shows "Daredevil" and "S.W.A.T." Right now, I piece what I use together through outfits and props from Polish (weapons), Herschel Hoffmeyer (sometimes use the tactical chest rig), Lilflame / Nikisatez (tshirt), Yura (solider outfits), Luthbellina / Ravenhair (for gloves and police outfits), Sarsa (army uniforms), Arki / RuntimeDNA (headsets), Smay (pants, boots, thigh holster), and Predatron (hats and patches), among others.
Here are some details, pictures attached:
The top shirt is a quarter-zip with two big texture areas (the shoulders and sleeves, and then the chest and abdomen) and pockets of the upper arms (along with places to put velcro patches). The shirt's collar is cool because it can either lay flat or be pulled up for some neck protection. There's also an option to just wear an athletic t-shirt under the chest rig, fairly short sleeves and almost compression.
The pants are tactical, fairly form-fitting, with reinforced pads at the knees. The can be tucked into the tactical boots or put over them. Zippered back pockets, two cargo pockets on each leg. There’s a belt for the pants (usually like a rescue belt), and then a larger tactical belt that’s worn over top.
The chest rig has horizontal velcro straps on the front and back for patches -- either unit like "FBI" or "SWAT" or last names of the operative. Lots of tactical MOLLE straps allow for different configurations of pouches and accessories, like magazines, radios, first aid kits, tourniquets, etc. The SWAT show has to different sized rigs; I’ve taken to calling them “heavy” and “light.” The “heavy” version has armor that goes around the torso on the sides, whereas the “light” version has simple straps that connect the front and back pads to the operator.

Ability to have a t-shirt under the tactical long-sleeve top or not (and just having skin exposed).

Sleeves can be rolled up on the tactical top

Been waiting for these forever, so don't hold your breath,LOL. I love the tactical wear on the show SWAT. In addition to your request I also request that if a vendor does tackle this to keep it resource friendly. Herschel Hoffmeyer's tactical wear is way to resource heavy and I found it useless for my needs.
I suppose I should mention that I'm not opposed to paying someone to build this out for me, or at least a couple of the components. For instance, that tactical shirt - which I've now seen a lot more with modern armies (both the US Army and Marines use it now) - really doesn't exist in any product set, whereas the pants and chest rig I can pull from others.
Any idea what that would cost? I wouldn't even begin to guess. Does one contact creators directly? Or would you use a platform like Fiverr to try and get creators?

I see your problem. For my needs, I usualy mix those but yes, there are often issues with bulky stuff "melting in limbs" etc - but it's o.k. after some pose corrections.

Yeah, I use most of those (but haven't tried the xo-swat-weapons product). I guess i'm looking for something that is a step-up in quality from the soldier sets, has some more texture options (solid black, solid blue, solid green), and also might have more flexibility / functionality depending on what I'm going for (different configurations on a chest harness, different uniform options, etc.).

I had these and had to return them due to horrible performance (and developers attitude) which was mentioned in my earlier post.
I only posess the weapons and poses. The armor may be ok if you only have 2 people on the same render but for more...it may kill your gpu.
Even one with a 3D environment killed my performance and it came down to texture overkill. Once I cleaned them all out and resized and just used the diffuse, spec, and normal maps, it did great. Sustance Painter is great for producing extra texture options for high end apps like Maya and Max, but not DS, but the PA had a different point of view, oh well. Load up just the outfit with no figure and then look at how many textures are being loaded into your memory, it's insane.

I would be interested in something akin to GSG9 uniform/armour.
There was SWAT uniform and items for M2(!!) by Billy T at DAZ3D market before.
The quality was really good (still is good).
Though I know the current DAZ3D is under the different management, I hope it or something similar comes back for Genesis figures.
I'm working on a near-future tactical outfit that will be a lot less hardware heavy than the Tactical Assault outfit that was designed for very high-res rendering and customization. The new outfit will be adjustable to different themes such as police, military, space, mercenary, etc It may or may not fit your needs but it will be much more friendly to those wanting something similiar and much less taxing on your system.
