A Bright Loft - Rebuilt & NOW POSER COMPATIBLE! [Commercial]
This product has been completely rebuilt from the ground up!

It now includes brand new high resolution textures, efficient models for better render times, and much more detail in all surface materials. The kitchen cabinet doors open to reveal shelving inside. The drawers slide out. The refrigerator and freezer have interior parts, too.
This is a large interior prop is set so it also has two preloads for ease of use: Furnished and Unfurnished scenes for both DAZ Studio and Poser.
On a Personal Note...
I believe that when you know better you do better.
This was the first set I released for DAZ. It was originally done as well as I could at the time but I've learned so much more since then. It is for that reason that I felt I should go back and rework this using the information I wish I had then. Time and care was put into reworking the modeling, recreating the surface materials and adding high resolution textures across the entire set. I also spent a significant amount of time reworking the walls, floors and ceiling to be modular. You now have the option to add or remove these objects at your own description. You can choose an entirely different layout if you wish simply by duplicating these objects in your own scenes.
I also was unable to make this set compatible with Poser upon the first release because I simply did not know how. I am happy to say that is no longer an obstacle. This set is now Studio 4+ and Poser 6+ compatible.
I hope you enjoy rendering with it as much as I enjoyed recreating it for you.

It looks amazing, and for now it is on the wishlist until I can pick it up :)
Thank you, Carola. :)
Thanks for taking the time and effort to rework it. I had the original and got this new one, am looking forward to working with it in the near future. I'm sure Poser users are delighted too!
...very beautiful. On the wishlist for now.
Ditto :)
This looks gorgeous! Thanks for updating it, it makes sense that even an experienced artist will continue to learn and improve.
Very nice set!
I know how you feel about rebuilding things. I've done the same with several of my products. After a few years, you look at something and think "Hmmm.... now that I know X, Y and Z, I could make that look 100 times better"

You guys are all great. :)
Thanks for the feedback and the support, everyone.

I notice this has the same name as the original version. Does it overwrite when installing?
Picked it up just a couple hours ago. LOVING IT!!! I do have a question/want. Will you be releasing a light set for it? So many awesome light sources, but no bulbs :)
Hum. Yanno something, I am not sure. But I can tell you that it is intended to completely replace the first set so I would expect for the installer to have been build to replace the original.

I thought about that.. still thinking about it.
It is difficult to tell if the demand is there for a lighting pack or not. If it is, I'll certainly be happy to devote developing time to it. :)
I'm looking at the options.

Given this is a paid for product, it should not be overwriting another paid for product. If this was a free upgrade then that would be a different story. If someone bought the original at full price then bought this one when it was off sale they could potentially end up paying more than if they just bought the second product.
I'll be giving notice where I live and moving in right away! LOL
Looks just gorgeous.

I tested the installation from my DIM. It installed the product in Environment/Architecture/A Bright Loft, whereas the original was in Environments/Architecture/A Bright Loft (Environments with the S). So it does not appear to replace the original. I don't build the store installers for these so I can only share what I see.
That said... the second version is much better, anyway. :) But I hear you. I appreciate your feedback.
Hahaha! Thank you, RAMWolff! I am glad you like it. <3</p>
