A couple of rookie questions

1. When i render the backdrop isn't included in the picture. The picture looks exactly as if I had had no background at all. Is there a way to change this.

2. I am using genesis 2 and Victoria 5. When adjusting the face I find the parameters to be way to few. Is there a way to add parameters, for instance width of cheekbones or width of jaws? If I would want to make a very pointy face, like for instance Celine Dion or Willem Dafoe, it would be impossible with the current parameters.

No idea about your question 2, but for question on, in the scene tab, make sure that right of the small eye, there's a "check" sign. If there's and x, you can see the background, but it will not be rendered.

If you are loading an image as a back drop via the options menu on the view port you need to save your render as a tiff, jpg or bmp inorder to keep the image as the backdrop. If you save as PNG, it will be ignored as PNG files automatically make the backdrop or background colour transparent.

You need to get some Head Morph packages.

    For Genesis 2:
    Genesis 2 Female Head Morphs
Genesis 2 Female Head Morph Resource Kit

    For Genesis:
    Genesis Evolution: Head Morphs
Genesis Head Morph Resource Kit 1
Genesis Head Morph Resource Kit 2
Genesis Head Morph Resource Kit 3
Genesis Head Morph Resource Kit 4

The Genesis Body Morph Resource Kit 2 also includes Genesis Male Head morphs.

    @Cayman.
Will I be able to morph V5 as well with those packages?

Well, V5 is a Genesis figure - so the Genesis morphs will do the trick. (V6 is Genesis 2.) For Genesis I suggest you get the Evolution Head Morphs first, just to see how you get along with them. If you find you need something more then check out the Resource Kits to see which one is likely to give you what you need.

EDIT: You might consider getting the Evolution Morph Bundle, which also has the Body Morphs - because you're bound to need those sooner or later! ;-)

    Thx again Cayman.
    Yes, you are probably right.

Bought the morphing bundle Cayman suggested and it was quiet a leap. Lots of new adjustments. I liked it.

I still miss a couple of things, most of all the option of adjusting the eyebrows. Why are adjustments to the eyebrows omitted?

So if anyone has any tips on how to adjust the eyebrows, it is most welcome!

The eyebrows (as opposed to the brow) are not part of the figure geometry for either Genesis or Genesis 2 Female (or, for that matter, Victoria 4). They are usually determined by the skin textures and transparency and bump maps which come either with characters or on their own. If you want to brush up on your Photoshop skills you may be able to alter these textures to suit your needs.

There is a fairly inexpensive item called Genesis Eyebrows which appears to address this issue up to a point, but I don't have it so I can't say that much about it!
