Spot Rendering on Big Renders?

If I am rendering something bigger than the active viewport, I need to know how to spot render one section so I don't have to sit through another half-hour or more long render. I still haven't discovered how to do this, if it's possible.

I am using DAZ Studio 4.6.

    Spot render

    Windows / Panes / Tool Settings
    dropdown menu for Active Tool / select Spot Render
    Two radio buttons: Select New Window
    Use your mouse to draw a rectangle over the the section you want to render
    Save spot render and insert in Gimp/photoshop over the place you want to change

    With the Spot Render tool active go to the Tool Settings pane and change the setting from Viewport to new Window.
