Daz Content.

In Poser you may create many runtimes and access them.
When a DAZ Studio item is purchased and downloaded
it consists of two basic files, Content and Manifest.
The contents of Content (including a Runtime folder) are then copied and pasted
to My Library.
The content of my DAZ Studio Runtime is getting enormous.
I wish to create a separate Folder for additional items.
Would creating just one runtime be ok, or is is necessary to create more default folders.
Thank you

It will depend on the Type of content you wish to hold in the new folder. If it will hold DAZ Studio content it needs to be another folder with a Runtime in it. If it is going to be a Poser only content folder then a Runtime is fine. DAZ Studio can have more than one content folder of any type. For my full work I have 5 DAZ Studio Folders and another 5 Poser only runtimes.

All that needs done is setting the Paths properly in the DS prefs.

You can have as many Runtimes as you like in DAZ Studio as well, as long as you tell DAZ Studio where to find them

First in the Content Tab in the little tool menu select Content Directory Manager

In my example you see five runtimes.
