Decimator isn't showing up, can't figure out where it is

Hey there,
I just bought the Decimator, but for some reason it isn't showing up in the Daz3D client. I have the 64 bit version of the client installed and the corresponding version of the decimator also installed, via the Install Manager (which seems to say that it succeeded in installing). Any videos that I've seen show it running in a 3.x version of Daz, and found in the tabs window. However it is not present in the tabs folder in 4.6, and I can't figure out if it installed or not and where it's hiding.

Upon further inspection I opened up the "Installed Plugins" section in the Daz Studio and the Decimator is not listed. However it IS listed as installed in the Install Manager. Any idea what's gone wrong here?
Aaaand I figured out my own problem. Apparently it WAS installed but was inactive because it wanted a serial number. Ugh.
