Can I use DAZ3D lights in Carrara 8.5?

Hello! What if I buy a light preset such as the following: http://www.daz3d.com/daz-dimension-lights-1

Can I use it also in Carrara 8.5?

    Not really, lights are program-specific.

    The odd thing is DimensionTheory is a Carrara pro and usually makes Carrara versions of his products. I don't see a Carrara version of that set, but I know he makes several other light rig sets for Carrara.
