Can't access PC forum, even tho I'm PC....

my dashboard says my PC membership is active (as it should be), I can see PC prices in the store....but when I try to get to the Members Only forum, it takes me to my account instead.

Is there a problem with the forum, or have I been caught in the never-ending loop again?

    You are not showing as a pc member, so it does look as though you have been caught in the loop again.

    weird, cos I am seeing the PC items as $1.99 in the store, and they are going into my cart at $1.99 and even the "Platinum club savings - saving you $X on this order" is showing up at the payment page.

    So I'm considered a PC member in the store, in My Account dashboard, but not in the forum.

    I got that as well... give it another 24-48 hrs and you'll lose the PC items prices.

    this is ridiculous. My membership is NOT expired. I still have another month to go. I do NOT keep a credit card profile on the store at all. I do NOT pay monthly, it was an ANNUAL payment.

    Yep yep yep - same here (I finally switched from monthly to annual, expires in 2014...). Just put the Support ticket in (again), and try not to keep getting refunds ;-) .

    Yea, think thats the best idea.. no idea what is going on an individual basis since I'm not privvy to that side of the store data :(

    Jaki, you are listed as a platinum club member. If you can't access the Platinum Club forum that is probably due to the separate log in that the site and the forum use. When you log in to the site it also logs you in to the forums. However, it is possible to get logged out of the forums, but not the site. When this happens it appears as if you are logged in, but you aren't. The best thing to do is to log out of the store, clear your browsers cache and cookies, and then log back in. You should then be able to access the PC forum.
