One small step for man...

Could really go for a high end 'retro' spacesuit for Genesis 8 male.. I already own Mars Explorers so I'm hoping to replicate the Apollo mission outfit but then for material options, I'd like to see it have a futuristic material that uses emissive lighting.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Could still use more city HDRI's ... Don't be afraid to have one populated with people off in a distance.. night time alleys and rooftops and various landmark locations .. wouldn't it be nice to have an HDRI in front of the Statue of Liberty for example... Also Churches..

I would like more of this stuff after I saw the movie First Man (about Apollo 11)

Yeh it is old and for M3 but it works
How about https://www.daz3d.com/astronaut-for-genesis-3-male-s
According to the description it's "an authentic Astronaut recreation based on the moon landing," though it looks a little too clean and modern to me.
This thread shows you how to make your own HDRIs for any location in the world that does Google Streetview: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/189166/make-your-own-hdris
Yeah, looking at Bing images the real suits look bulkier and the helmet a little bigger. I think it's a case of PAs seeing the past through contemporary eyes, like how the 50's Fab outfit comes with skinny jeans.
Yeah.. before I posted I did a search first on the pages and then to see what I have already in my own catalog.. Nice price .. Decent representation of a spacesuit but I'm looking for a replica... I'm hoping somebody take the time to basically take a picture of the real staged event we call the Apollo mission and transpose it onto a model. It will require high definition materials and shaping and I would say this is a job for somebody like "Midnight Stories" for example.
I'm hoping that somebody else out their loves recreating real history as much as I do and will make some real looking 20th century outfits from Nazi's to JFK and the moonlandings.
Anyways... thanks for the suggestion and happy rendering but I'll keep waiting for something better to come along.. G'day
Does it have to be rigged? As in can it be a static prop?
edit the space outfit is what I mean.
If you do a search on the internet for 3D models space capsule spacesuit one of the found links will be a NASA web site with various space capsules, satellites, and at least one lunar landing style space suit. You'd need to import as obj into DS and transfer rigging to the spacesuit & fix the surfaces & so on but that is an authentic model of the authentic space suit.
