What sort of clothing? Smart, tough-guy, sporty, working-man, formal, casual?

Probably to start out with casual for sure with room for expansion later on.

Just something to think about since you mentioned brand, The GIRL 's male counterpart here at DAZ is named Guy 4.

Yeah I'm afraid of that kind of thing. It's kind of hard coming up with something short, catchy, tells what it is for and so on.

I like GuyFit. Could have some categories like:

    GuyFit Basics (Underwear, socks, tshirts)
    GuyFit Casual
    GuyFit Sport

Etc. I'm just trying to think of idea and how it could all work.

If you want something that resembles a "guy brand," you have to make it ludicrously overcompensative, like Axe body spray, or the way razors are marketed. The idea is that using this clothing makes you some kind of secret agent superhero sex god. As such, don't use words like "guy" or "man," use words suggesting you're selling a weapon or vehicle.

    Ideas:

    Excelsiad
    Bay Sport
    Clarior
    Bordax 5000
    Gladiator 1
    SteelEdge
    Titanaxe

    You get the idea.

Thanks! You gave me lots to think about as usual. when I buy clothes (and I'm a guy), I'm Mister Generic. I've never shopped for name brands no matter where I go. I just go for look and comfort so name brands isn't something I ever think about.

I guess I'm going to have to now...

Well, no stereotype is "accurate." ;) I know lots of guys who buy generic clothes, deodorant, etc., just as I do. Or other women who use drug store cosmetics instead of designer ones, to use a female example of a ludicrously gender-marketed product. There will always be people who buy something with flashier advertising even though it costs more and is almost identical in quality. I'm sure we'd all agree that some name brands ARE better, but probably no two people agree on which.

If you'd like to mimic a generic brand's male products, they're more likely to be called (Company Name) for Him, (Store Chain Name) Man or something similar to that.

Whisper's for Him sounds kinda classy.
