Transfer Utility and Fitting Heeled Boots

I've created some cowboy boots in Hexagon. They have a slight heel, and I can't figure out how to use the transfer utility to fit them to Genesis and have the foot posed properly. Is there a way to use the transfer utility to automatically rig the boots to the foot with the foot already posed to accommodate the high heel?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to model the boots to fit the zero pose of the figure, or transform them to fit if they don't. Then you will almost certainly need to edit the weights on the heels to avoid distortion when posing.

Here is a render of the finished product--I sculpt for printed 3d miniature, so everything is designed with lots of relief and very bulky.
