Can't buy PC Membership with PayPal

Hey,

maybe some of you guys had the same problem. I can't buy the Platinum Club Membership with PayPal. PayPal always sends me back with the words that they can't process my request and I should chose another option in the shop. But I can buy any other content without problems. I've tried to use another browser like the support suggested but that doesn't help either.
