I always liked that plane (oddly, the more advanced AI-piloted one looked more primitive), but you won't find it here, as it was created as a fictional CGI model specially for that film. Whoever did the special effects for it would have the copyright ownership.
It's a basic design and probably not good for closeups and you'd have to convert it to a format DS can import, but here you go

Vanishing Point has models for poser and daz3d based on real and fictional fighter planes. For something close to your example, the YF-23 for Poser.
