Carrara 8.5 PRO Serial number issue

I bout the upgrade of Carrara pro 8.5, installed it and all that.

NOW it wants another serial number What's that all about

    Did you use the non-beta serial number?

    I used what ever see # came with carrara when I bought i over a month ago

    This might be your problem. The first set of 8.5 serials sent out expired just a few days later. Please check your account for a new serial number.

    If you are using the serial number which was issued during the first one or two days of Carrara 8.5 being released, then there was a problem with the way it had been set up,. This was reported to DAZ 3D on 2nd of September, and was sorted out within hours of the report being received by Daz 3D, despite it being a holiday, and new Serial numbers were issued to everyone who had purchased Carrar 8.5 and 8.5 pro and should be in your account as " Serialnumber for Carrara 8.5 "
