Hi, I'm looking for:

- Greyhound style bus
- Country home (farm house along the quality/reality of Stonemason's superb models)

I'm looking for these two models to work in Daz without much converting etc. I found a perfect bus ... for over $100!

well priced would be nice (didn't want to say 'cheap'), free is even better :)

Thanks!

Hi there, I couldn't found a greyhound for you. There are a few coaches in the shop, but as far as I know they or only for Bryce.

There are however a few different country houses or cottages. I don't think they have the 'Stonemason' quality, but it's all I can find:

This bus was originally for bryce, but there is an obj in the package which can be imported into DAZ studio.

beat me to it but I wanted to add I have the other bus Nimos did and I use it for DS and it's a fantastic model, with an excellent set of textures.

Thanks for taking the time folks. For the specifc scene I have in mind, I may need to continue searching for a country home/farmhouse. Nimo's Coach however is bang on for my needs!

This is a great forum with amazing, fast support and none of the juvenile behavior found so often, so thanks again.

    Cheers.

Problem importing the Bryce model OBJ (so far, I’ve only created objects in Hexagon and brought them over to DAZ, but with no problem).

I can’t see the model – but it’s there. Even rendering doesn’t bring it out.

    Steps:

    I bought the Bryce Coach and placed the .OBJ, .MTL files and the texture folder into their own folder;

I then opened DAZ, selected IMPORT and then selected the couch OBJ; in the import window, I left all settings except I set the ‘From:’ section to Bryce.

The Coach imported … but is not visible (only the bounding box is visible) unless mouse-overed, then I see a highlighted wire-frame model. I even added a light .. no go.

It looks like it found all the textures: The defuse color shows the texture image etc.

    Thanks for any help.
