texture atlas

Hi all,

I am trying to use texture atlas to bring all the uvs in one tile since i am working with a game engine.

but when i preview the texture, it doesnt fit anymore.

    That looks as if the UV set of the texture was changed. Make sure you've set the UVs right on the surfaces tab.

    But when i set it correctly, it looks like this.
    i chose the texture from the presets tab under genesis and this is a genesis character but it only works with michael 4.
    how can i change it to work with genesis male?

    The UV set needs to match the texture. However, I think that this may be broken in at least the release version of DS - I think there have been posts about it before, though I can't recall if that's been in relation to Texture Atlas or Decimator.

    This is a Decimator's issue - in some cases it doesn't preserve the material boundaries. Effect may be seen by decimating Genesis to, say, 8000 triangles, switching to "UV view" and toggling the "Mesh resolution" property between "Base" and "LOD_nnn".
